Scrum Board is not showing few PBI's

I am using Cloud, facing issue with my Board.

- I have a custom board configured for 5 of my projects. Recently noticed that:

1. Board is not showing few PBI's from one my project

2. One of my Project PBI's are not appearing in board

But when i run the Filter query, i can see the missing PBI in Filter result-set.

Any help will be appreacited.

Welcome to Atlassian community.

Per your description, I believe PBI is an issue type in your JIRA application and the problem is that some of those issues are not appearing in your board, although the same board filter displays these issues when you run it as a query in the issue navigator. Is it correct?

If I have properly understood it, I suggest you perform the following troubleshoot steps:

1 - Navigate to your board > Board Settings > Columns > Check if the statuses of the missing Issues are properly mapped in one of the columns

2 - Navigate to your board > Board Settings > Swimlanes > select the option No Swimlanes and check if the issues start appearing in your board
