Scrum board no strikethrough for completed JIRA's

I have created a scrum board which includes ALL projects. When a JIRA is marked as completed a strikethrough is not appearing.  But on the board under the specific project the strikethrough is appearing. 

how can i get the strikethrough on my scrum board for completed JIRA's as it is hard to see which are completed without clicking in and out of each.

Could you check that each team is setting the resolution when issues move into a "done" type status?

Hello,

The strikethrough is appearing only if you set the Resolution field. It means that your completed issues do not have resolution.

hi Alexey thank you for your reply, we have checked the resolution and Completed = Done but still no striekthrough on my scrum board. The strikethrough is working on the individual project board only.

do you have any other suggestions?
