Search function does not find Portuguese names

Hi,

we have many Portuguese colleagues, but it is not possible to find them when not using the Portuguese Umlaut. This means, if a user searches for "Joao", search results do not contain information on "João". Is it possible to make the search function tolerant to accented characters?

Hi @Bill Sheboy : Thanks a lot, actually solution below is exactly what I have been looking for. But it is related to Cloud, I need a solution for Server. Any plan to have that also available for Server?
