Searching for an EPIC in basic JQL and EPIC not appearing.

Hi all,

One of my Jira users was looking for particular epic link, she created the epic and when looking for them in the basic JQL search bar, they don't turn up.

Any advice on this?

I looked for them and they are appearing for me and the rest of the team.

Does she have browse access to see the project the Epics are in?  (Easy check, get her to visit one of Epics she should be seeing directly, or just the project)

She does indeed she created both the project and the epic
