Searching issues with TestRail test cases

I want to query for issues that have TestRail test cases linked, or alternativley with test results linked.

@Brittany Brame Welcome to the Atlassian community

It looks like TestRail allows for custom fields, sub-tasks and issue links, all of which can be searched.  You would need to identify what they are in order to search them in Jira using JQL.    I would suggest submitting a support issue to TestRail - https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1213701/testrail-integration-for-jira?tab=support&hosting=cloud
