Select Cascade Search Doesn't Search for First Value

I have a Select Cascade field created with states and counties within that state but when I try to search, I can only search for some of the states (first option). Some of them show up just find and I can search for them, but many of them don't show up at all when I try to search. If I try to manually enter the name (like Arkansas), Jira tells me that it's not a valid option when I know it is because if I look at the field configuration, Arkansas is listed there. Is this a bug or is there a special way to search for these?

Hi @Evan Cox,

Looks like an index issue, you can reindex Jira and check if this is still happening.

Thanks, the fields have been there for years, and we've done several reindexing lately with other fields we've been adding. Any other thoughts/ideas?

Not sure if this is the case, could be some third-party apps. Have you tried to check if the issue still persists if you enable Safe Mode on UPM?

I can't rule that out as I don't have permission to do that (I'd have to talk with my IT), but we don't really have much in the way of 3rd party apps to my knowledge. Thank you for the ideas.
