Select a company-managed project if grayed out

I created and launched a sprint on Sunday 11/8/2021 as I have done countless times in the past. I logged back in later that afternoon and I was surprised to find that "Select a company-managed project," on the bottom right of my screen was grayed out.

I have a screenshot to share with you but I don't see any option to click on to upload the screenshot.

Hi @Fon Ngu Sr , I’m not sure where "Select a company-managed project” is or even applies when working with sprints. What exactly are you attempting to do? 

BTW, you should see a little image icon (moon/mountain) in the toolbar when responding to add screenshot.

Hi Jack,

Thank you for responding. I created story points and corresponding hours per story point. I also had user stories. I was going to enter the user stories in Jira and then enter the story points and hours and create a sprint so that I could then review the output--burndown and burnup charts, sprint report, and velocity.  I couldn't get anywhere because "select a company-managed project," was grayed out.  

I have done this exercise countless times--including on the morning that "select a company-managed project" was grayed out. 

What causes it to get grayed out, and how do I get around and move on with my project if this happens again? I have attached a screenshot.
