Select option in a drop down filed while logging effort.

Hello,

I have a drop down field "Effort Type" and it has following values.

1. Back End Development

2. Front End Development

2. QA

3. Support

When team members log the effort they should be mandatorily choosing one of the above options in the "Effort Type" drop down. 

Please suggest how to achieve this.

I want a report of how much effort is spent on each of the above type.

you can check ActivityTimeline plugin that has Timesheets as well.
