Send a email for a user picker field

Hello everyone,

I'm trying to create an automation to send an email to a collaborator whenever it is entered into a custom user picker field, but I can't put the collaborator's name in the email body via a smart value.
What appears in the place is a strange combination of numbers, as in the image.

Does anyone know why this is happening?
