Sending attachments with outgoing mails - JEMH - Auditing, logging, test cases?

Hello everyone,

we have several projects using JEMH to handle incoming mails and send outgoing emails. Our users also use those mails to send attachments. These attachments are first added to the issue and then sent by JEMH within outgoing mails.

Often it occurs, that attachments are not sent in the mail.

We already know that the reason for this can be that the attachments have not been added to the issue within the last 30 seconds before the comment for the outgoing mail was sent. Recently our users report that anyway it does not work, to send email with attachments - According to our users often the email do not have the files attached that were uploaded in the issue.

 

Does anyone know how to solve this or how this problem can be analyzed by some test cases, auditing, logging ecc.?

Hi Andreas,

Are you using JEMH to create the notifications? If so, do you have Include attachments in notifications enabled?

Hi Mike,

thanks for your help. I already ensured that Include attachments in notifications is enabled: jemhattachments.png
