Has anyone figured out how to verify a managed account when using a Service Account that doesn't have an email account of which to login and verify? We have an Org with the products of JIRA Cloud and Access. TIA
You need an email address for the account to be a Managed Account - so it can verify against the domain.

Thanks. Our Service Account has an email address with our domain. It just seemed to take some time to be recognized as a managed account.
