Set up application properties won't proceed to Next step

I'm trying to install Jira software(+MySQL 8) in my Windows Server 2012 R2. Everything went well until page: Set up application properties

I have finished the installation of MySQL 8 and Jira 7.13.0, the Jira already connected to MySQL database successfully, but it won't continue after I set up application title on Set up application properties page.

Hello,

MySQL 8 is not supported in Jira Server. Only versions 5.5, 5.6, and 5.7 are supported.

See Supported Platforms for more information. We have a feature request below for 8.0 support. Please vote on it and watch in order to be updated of any changes:

• JRASERVER-67359 Add support for Jira to use MySQL 8

I would recommend that you install a supported version of MySQL and try it again.

I can't say for sure if this is what is causing the problem, but It's worth at least trying with a supported MySQL database. Alternatively, you can have a look at your logs and tell us what error message is being triggered on setup.
