Setting Jira Helpcenter to a domain

So at the minute I have my helpcenter at
https://domain.com/servicedesk

I was wondering if I can set it to like 
https://help.domain.com/

this cannot be done as of now and is a feature in pipeline and wil sometime come infuture. 

to set up custom domain, you need to export your tickets/issues and purchase a new domain with the new name and then import the tickets.

is this for self-hosted or cloud?

this can be done on self-hosted instances, cannot be done for cloud.
