I am both a site admin and a jira admin. Both of these groups are included in the Share Filters and Dashboards global permission set, yet I have no options for doing either.
When editing the permissions of a filter the "Shares" section says Not Shared, with no options to change it. What's wrong?
Hello John,
don´t you have this option available for your filter?
Jakub
I do not.
I should probably mention that I'm on the cloud edition of Jira.

I found similar issue that reported a similar problem and in that case they found that a browser extension to block ads on webpages was inadvertently hiding the element on the page in order to share this filter. Try to uninstall this extension or try to access your JIRA in private mode.

Wow, thanks, Jakub. That was exactly it. It never even occurred to me to check that (they're so easy to forget about). I'm using AdBlock, and simply telling it not to run on the Jira site resolved the issue. Thank you so much!

No problem, I am glad I could help.
Have a good day,
Jakub
