Share filter - empty page

Hi,

We recently upgraded jira to 8.22.2 and since then if someone wants to share a filter, the options for share are blank.

I'm the jira admin, and the same thing happens to me. This is what we get"

Of course we can go on the filter name click on the Details and share it from there - it works like that but I wonder why editing a filter doesn't allow us to share anymore.

PS: It's not the cache, we've tried from 3 different pc's + incognito + different networks etc.

PS2: We have the create shared objects permissions - I'm admin.

I hope you are well.

It's me just guessing possibilities, but I would look for any custom JS/CSS codes that could be hiding those elements from the UI.

Check the announcement banner or any App that could inject scripts, such as ScriptRunner.

Hi, @Thiago Masutti. I checked already for that; the problem is we have installed a new Jira today and we encountered the same problem (for another client). looking at inspecting elements the values there seem to have the CSS value "display:none" which makes them hidden.

This is looking like a bug, because on the second instance which is 8.22 - is a new one - empty....and we still encounter this.

Hi Albert.

I installed a vanilla instance of 8.22.0 and turned out the same issue occurred.

Looking for existing bugs I've found this one: JRASERVER-73361 - While trying to edit saved filters the edit pop-up dialog doesn't show viewers/editors.
