“Share with” box

Hello,

I cannot pre-fill the “Share with” box and pre-select a defined organization (knowing that we know that those who follow our procedures are necessarily from this organization, so no need for them to have to pay attention to filling in this field). Do you have anything to help us out please?

Are you reffering to this? You need to be a customer in order to add a request participants.

yes precisely I speak on behalf of my client, he wants that filling out a ticket will be like this

They need to raise a ticket through the customer portal that is within your JSM project. When they do this, they need to be added as a customer through Customers and also get assigned the role Service Management Customer. As a prerequisite, they need to have the Service Customer license that they get when they are invited to join your site.

Are they external? If they are and they do not have the Atlassian account, you would need to adjust the settings that will allow the users without Atlassian account to raise requests.
