Sharing Jira Users between mutliple companies

What are the license costs if I say we want to work together on a project with 3 other companies that have 1 Jira user each?



We allready have 9 users, do we pay the licenses for 12 users when the joint project is running in our cloud, or are the additional 3 licenses charged to the other companies?

I mean the pricing in that scenario is in the worest case, that I have to pay $1050 for 12 users because of the collaboration project - is that correct?

I think you're correct, for Atlassian Cloud there's a calculator.

An option is to use Annual Pricing which will give you about 2 months free.

Why the big jump in price from 10 users to 11 users? Our 10 user licenses offer introductory pricing for small teams. If you have more than 10 users (or more than 3 Jira Service Desk agents), regular pricing applies.

Thank you. I hoped there is another solution. Because we are still a small team and only in that temporary case over the limit of 10 accounts. So then the easiest way is to setup a new account for collaboration issues. Lets say with one user of our company and the 3 users of the other companies.
