Sharing an Issue in DRATF state.

How can I get an EPIC that has been created by a user in a project and is in DRAFT status to be updated by other people in the team before sending the issue to the REGISTERED status.

I need to provide the ability for a person to include information in an EPIC that was created days ago by another team member and then, this person submits the issue (changing the status to REGISTERED).

HI @Victor Crespo ,

you can limit editing of an issue based on wrkflow status. I suggest to use Workflow properties https://confluence.atlassian.com/adminjiraserver/workflow-properties-938847526.html 

For your specific use case, you could limit editing by usign the following prop per step :

• jira.issue.editable - false in order to limit editing for all users in other steps different from DRAFT
• jira.permission.edit.user/group/role in order to limit editing except for specific user/group/role in other steps different from DRAFT
