I passed the ACP-620 exam yesterday, in wich certification should i focus now? Would the 120 be easier than the 420 for me?
Hi @Hernan Funes and welcome to the community!
It depends upon your experience within the system.
The 120 requires deep knowledge of Jira configurations (issue type, screen, issue type screen, workflow, field configuration, permission, notification schemes), automation, JQL, etc.
The 420 requires specific knowledge of JSM... SLAs, queues, knowledge management, customers, request types, JSM project templates, etc.
Personally, I'd say 120 before 420 unless you work within JSM on a daily basis.
Hello,
I am in the same situation as @Hernan Funes I passed the ACP-620 and I don't know whether to focus on the 120 or the 420. I don't work daily with JSM, so perhaps it would be better to focus on the 120. Although I've already spent a month and a half studying the ACP-420 certification.

I'll appreciate your response.
Is ACP 120 lower to ACP 620 and do they cover the same scope, but just in a more advance way?
