Show Style menu on jira cases

How do I get the Style options visible on my jira cases? On some types of cases they are visible but on other types not. I cannot find any option for showing it.

This wiki style is for multiline field only. You have to change the Renderer of multiline field in the Field Configuration scheme for that project.

To do this go to Settings -> Issues -> Field Configuration.

Search for the Field Configuration used by your project. 

Then search for the multi-line (paragraph) field you want to have style.

Update the Renderer to Wiki-style.
