I set up an automation after the status is changed. I want the notice to give the comments but only comments by users, not by the system. also if possible only notices by certain users.
here is what I got by doing {{comments}}. but all I want is to get the "test comment" which is what I put in there. It also sorts by oldest first but can you do newest first?

Hm, I noticed you're in Jira Cloud. I'm not sure if it looks the same but if you go to Project Settings > Automations I believe this is where you would enter project automations. But here's a screenshot. Please let me know if it shows differently for you.

yeah I got the automation to work right but the issue is when I do {{comment}} it gives me all comments. I only want comments by users, not the comments by the automation system.
