Showing "Last Modified" in Customer Portal?

Vishnu March 24, 2021

Customers having several tickets need to be able to see "Last Modified" tickets but I see only Date Created. How to add "Last Modified" column in Customer Portal so that they can see recently agent updated tickets?

Hi,

Out of the box there is no such information for the portal users. You can try our app - Advanced Portal Reports - where the user can see "Updated" column, which will show the last update date, also the user can filter by it, sort, etc.

Cheers,

Boyan

Hi,

I cannot see this "Updated" column thru the advanced portal reports. Can you show how you have found this? for example "Created" is available but not really important.

Hey @Roel Hogervorst ,

You can book a demo meeting and we'll discuss it.

Best regards,

“Last Modified”? Some field types cannot be added. Where you add fields is on the portal as an admin click on my request and the the ellipses.

How can customer see what are the recently modified tickets by agents? If there are 100 tickets, at least the customer need to be able to see what tickets are recently updated. Otherwise, the customer needs to go to each ticket and see if its updated.
