Sidebar color changing

Yesterday sidebar in my Jira was black and white (white background, black text, and icons), today it's blue and white (seems to be default one), but the interesting thing is that in Look and feel bar it's still black and white and actually I can't change it. Any ideas?

I've got the same findings. Since today is the company's theming no longer applied and I see the default side-bar-colors. The settings are still in place, changing the settings has no effect.
