Single user unable to drag and drop attachments into Issues

Hello, 

A single user in our Jira instance is unable to drag and drop emails and attachments into Jira issues. This appears to be the case for all of the projects that they work in, including projects that they were able to drag and drop emails into last week. I checked the individual permissions and project permissions and these have not been updated and the user should be able to have this permission. Additionally, I verified that attachment is a field included on both projects edit and view screens. The user also tried to add the attachment in two different browsers Chrome (which they usually use and were using when previously dragging and dropping attachments into projects) and Explorer and neither work. Instead of showing the "drag file anywhere into this issue" message, their cursor shows a "+1" icon

I confirmed with another team member with similar permissions and group access that they are able to drag and drop attachments into the issues the first user is unable to drag and drop attachments into.

Are any other teams encountering similar issues? Are there any recommendations for how settings/permissions could be updated to allow the user to drag and drop issues, or could this be related to a different update?
