Hi,
I would like to create a site which will be in 2 languages. Let say in English and French.
The main goal is to have content in 2 languages and be able to switch between them (like a lot of sites are with the language switch in upper right corner).
It will be nice if interface also switch between languages.
It also be nice if will be a possibility to switch for 3 and more languages.
I would also like to allow comments on the content and be sharable (or not) between different versions.
How can I implement it?
Thanks
Hi @Анатолий,
Atlassian does support a multi-lingual interface. Even more than 2 languages. Users can select their language in their personal account settings. From the user avatar, select manage account and under account preferences set your preferred language.
Across Jira, lots of custom configuration elements can be translated as well. e.g. when you manage statuses, you will find a translate option near the top right corner of the screen to provide proper translations. But you will find that certain things can't be translated into multiple languages, such as e.g. the options you define in select list custom fields.
Hope this helps!
My intension was to create a site which will be opened to the Internet and allow anonymous user to be able to switch between 2 (or more) different pages which I will translate by myself.
I don't want to create users accounts and allow any software to make a translation.
I want something like that
which switch between English and French version of the site.
