I have a questions, for some time we have witnessed a strong slowdown of the portal and our customers complain every day for this.
For us it is very important that the service works properly.
What problems could there be.

For example any recent changes in infrastructure or configuration?
Any addons used that impact the Service Desk project and/or portal?

Thanks to answer me. I answer your question, the system was set up just a few months ago in june.
One of our probles is that not all tickets are added to the system due to this strong slowdown. Therefore every day we receive continuous calls from customers who need our help.
Another proble arose today, when i tried to configure the type of request, just to change the name, the system does not respond to changes.
I attach the screen to you so you can understand what i'm talking about. Thanks for your help.
The name of request is: SAP OPERATION( produzione e qualità) but the client side views has not changed.

This sounds like serious issue, which I'm afraid I cannot help.
How about opening a support ticket, along with support logs generated?
That might start to clarify the issue. Maybe it's even infrastructure wise.
