Socket timeout exception

In the app links sometimes, I am getting socket timeouts. I want to increase that based on following article but I don't know where the JVM parameters are being loaded.

Is it in the setenv.sh under the bin directory?

Hi @Dimitrios Danampasis

Yes, you are right.

Please follow the documentation here on setting properties in setenv.sh

https://confluence.atlassian.com/adminjiraserver/setting-properties-and-options-on-startup-938847831.html

Thanks,
Pramodh

I've increased the timeout to 20 sec but it didn't solve the issue. Do you have any other idea on how to troubleshoot that?

Hi @Dimitrios Danampasis

Could you please give us the error or screenshot that would help in figuring out the error

Thanks,
Pramodh
