Some issues are not displaying in kanban board

Even though we added the epic links in board filter some issues are not displaying certain lables or tags below is the query for reference

project = DFNINEONEIOV AND "Epic Link" in (DFNINEONEIOV-3298, DFNINEONEIOV-3202, DFNINEONEIOV-3260, DFNINEONEIOV-3303, DFNINEONEIOV-3234, DFNINEONEIOV-3300, DFNINEONEIOV-3292, DFNINEONEIOV-11049) AND status != Closed OR project = DFNINEONEIOV AND (issuetype = Bug AND assignee = eric.turano OR creator = eric.turano AND status != Closed AND status != Discard AND status != Duplicate AND status != Integrated AND status != Invalid AND status != Resolved AND status != Unreproducible) ORDER BY Rank ASC

 

Currently its showing the only 3234 epic label

Also, as well as permissions, you have quite a complex query which might not be doing what you expect it to.  Does it show the right list of issues when you use it in the issue navigator?

I verified the permission  and he was in the editors group and he has browse permission to project

Not what I asked.  Do you get the right list of issues when you try the query in a search?

Yes the count matches with issues from dashboard and issues search with same query

Hi @Ramu,

 

Please note that the users need Browse project permission for the project(s) whose issues are shown on the board.

You can use the permission helper to verify if the user has all needed rights to see these issues.
