I have some issues I can see in the issue search that no longer display on the board. The board settings seem very limited in a Jira Work Management Project, it's Company Managed and "Project Management" was the template selected to create
It could be the rule where after 2 weeks the done issues will disappear? I will check the automation rules
Hi Max,
Yes, that's exactly it - Done issues disappear from the board after they have been marked Done for 2 weeks.
Thank you for answering but it would be really useful if there was the ability to override or configure this.
Its bold to assume that 2 weeks is sufficient time to showcase when something is done.

This is honestly so silly. Makes the summary report completely useless. Oh, your project is 58% complete? Nah, after two weeks it shows 14% complete now. What in the world Jira?!

I don't think the summary report uses the board for it's calculation. If it does, that would obviously be an error. But I imagine it is using the actual status of the issue itself.

It definitely does. I use summary report for weekly status updates and have to go set tasks to in progress and then back into closed just to get the percentage to report properly.

01/04/2025 - Has there been an update or fix to this issue? - My shock when all Done issues disappeared on all my projects which made reporting difficult
