Some of our users do not see all of the values in the field "Sprint" when creating issues in Jira. We have 3 scrum teams working on the same project. Every team has its own sprint. When teams decided that they want to change the ownership of the issue to another team they are unable to see the active sprint of that team (this happens only for a few users).
We are using Jira Server solution.
@sosiker Welcome to the Atlassian community
My guess is that the users who can not see or edit this field are missing the Schedule issue permission on that project.
Grant those users Schedule Issues permission from the Project Permissions page.
1. Log in as a JIRA Administrator.
2. From the top navigation bar, click on Projects -> choose the affected project.
3. Click on the Administration tab -> Select Permissions of the left pane.
4. At the Default Permission Scheme page, click on Actions -> Edit Permission
5. Locate Schedule Issues permission and make sure the user in included in the appropriate group already associated to this permission by checking the groups page.
6. If the user is not, click on Add and associate the user directly to those permissions.
Thank you for your answer @Brant Schroeder!
Our permissions right now are set to: "Any logged in user", so I'm afraid that is not the issue :/
One more thing - from time to time, those people are able to see active sprint values (they can see older sprint values).
