When login Jira, it's shown: Something's gone wrong.
We try to change Edge to test, didn't work.
Then we clear Edge cache didn't work too.
anyone can help?
thank you!
Did you ever find an answer to this? Some users are experiencing the same issue on our end. It isn't everybody but there doesn't seem to be a pattern either. We've tried clearing the browser cache, we've tried different browsers. The issue follows certain users.
One example is a new board that was created this week using the Classic View. I can view the board just fine but another individual I added as an Admin to that project gets the error as pictured in the original post here. He cannot access the project at all.
Hi Jon,
Most of the issues where this message appears are related to permission. In this case, can you please check if all users have a license for the correct product? A user can be added as admin of the project, but if they are not added to the groups that give access to the product, the issue will happen.

Angélica

I appreciate the response and I would be willing to bet you're absolutely right. I'll validate that with the full admin over our Jira product and see.
Thanks for your suggestion. I'll report back once I have an answer.

Hi there,
Thank you for reaching out to Atlassian Community!
Just for us to better understand and help you with this issue, can you please let us know when did this issue start?
Is it happening on all browsers with all users?
Have you tested using another network?
Also, please open the developer tools on your browser and check if it shows any other error.
Regards,
Angélica
