Screenshot 2025-01-16 at 3.55.16 PM.jpegI have been encountering a recurring popup on every Jira page. I tried clearing the Chrome browser cache, but the issue persisted. I also attempted to access Jira using another browser (Firefox), but the problem remains.

I noticed that everything seems to work fine initially after logging in, but the popup reappears after a few minutes of use.

Could someone please assist me with this issue? Thank you!

Hello Good day. This is a Jira cloud or Jira server setup. Also whether all users are facing this issue or only you are facing this issue?

Hi, We’re using Jira Server. I’m the only one experiencing this issue, as the rest of the team doesn’t seem to be affected.
