@Fuad Yatim You can do this programmatically using Python. Here is a detailed documentation which you can use as a reference:

Could you clarify what the outcome you're trying to get from the list is @Fuad Yatim - what will you do with the list once you've got a CSV? This will help us answer the question best :)

You can see a list of projects by clicking the Projects button at the top and then All Projects at any time.

In terms of 'space utilisation' do you mean storage capacity (this isn't really important for cloud) / number of tickets/what?

Hi @Kit Friend ,

Thanks for responding.

We are looking into possibility to downgrade our subscription from Premium to standard. Since Jira Standard has storage limit of 250GB, we are doing feasibility study to

  • know each project space utilisation
  • extract all attachment and store is somewhere outside of Jira.

Hope these give some idea on our intention.

Jira, Confluence or both? Original post said Confluence...

The python approach from @Sayed Bares [ServiceRocket]  sounds worth trying for Confluence but depending on your answer I suspect there's a few plugins that can help you do a quick check and balance.
