Sprint Health Gadget is not showing completed In Progress Time

Gina Prego April 15, 2020

My health gadget is showing in story points and will only show green when a story is completed but this does not reflect the accurate status of my project. I want the health gadget to show all the time completed based on time tracker. So if I have 1 issue with 20 hours total to complete and 10 hours are completed on an issue, I would like to see 50% complete instead of 0% complete. If this is possible, what fields need to be entered in order to calculate this?

@Gina Prego

You can try application Time in Status for Jira Cloud. It lets monitor how long issues stayed in the specific status in the three kinds of view: on the tablet grid, as chart view and on the issue view panel. I think the last one could be useful for you.

Hope it helps you

I just tried that but it doesn't tell me that there is a 20 point issue in progress but we have completed 10 points and we only have 10 more to go. In this case we use story points to represent hours. 1pt = 1hr.  So I will see 20 points in progress and 0 points complete which equates to 100% in progress and 0% complete. In reality, we completed 50% and 50% is in progress
