Good morning! We are experiencing an issue and believe it to be the filter written in JQL not being specific enough? I checked the filter that the projects affects directly and it only has the one project where all the role settings are correct, and parallel sprints are enabled!
The filter query reads
project = "IN" ORDER BY Rank ASC
Again, the filter is only affecting the one project named "Integrations". But no sprint button avaible. any help on this? Thanks so much!
Hello @Hi_ Tech
Can you provide a screen image of what you are seeing?
Can you confirm you are working with a Scrum board?
Can you confirm that the users have the Manage Sprints permission in the "IN" project?
Hello @Hi_ Tech
That does not appear to be a Scrum board. It appears to be a Kanban board.
Can you check the project type for the project? Get that information from the View All Projects page under the Projects menu, looking at the Type column.
If it is a Team Managed Software project you can toggle between using the built-in Scrum board or the Kanban board. Do that from Project Settings > Features, enabling or disabling the Sprints feature.
That toggle is not available for Company Managed Software projects, but you can have multiple boards, both Scrum and Kanban, referencing the project. You can check other boards associated with the project to see if any of them are Scrum boards. If there is not already a scrum board for the project you can create one. Refer to this documentation for instructions:
