[ Sprint completed] Error in number of completed issues

Jenny May 19, 2024

When you click Sprint Complete, the number of completed issues is displayed as -30.

Also, if process the sprint completion in an unusual situation,
Closed tickets are being moved to the next sprint or backlog like unresolved tickets.

I would appreciate it if you could tell me how to handle this case.

I'm not sure about the number of completed issues, but Jira considers anything that is NOT in a status mapped to the rightmost column of the board to be considered "incomplete" when the sprint closes, regardless of the status category or name.

For example, in the board configuration below, anything in the Done status would not be considered complete when the sprint is completed and would be moved to the backlog or a new sprint when the sprint is completed.

Only issues in the 'Prod Testing' status would be considered complete when the sprint is completed.

Matt, Thanks a a lot!

Thanks to you, the problem was resolved well.

This was solved very simply by changing the close state of active sprint to the last row.

It was a good time.
Best Regards, Jenny
