I'm trying to create a dashboard and I'm experiencing the following behaviors for each gadget:
1) JIRA Road Map - this works as expected and displays status of the stories on the current sprint for the project.
2) Days Remaining in Sprint - This gadget will not let me edit the properties at all (i.e. it won't open the properties window for me).
3) Sprint Health - The drop-downs for Board and Sprint are grayed out so I can't select anything.
4) Sprint Burndown - I'm getting an error that the resource cannot be found so I can't select anything in the drop-downs.
I'm thinking I don't have something configured correctly on the board since none of the Sprint gadgets work, but I really am not sure. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Please see attached image for reference
I think the problem is likely solved through the "..." menu in the top right of each of those widgets. If they don't have the EDIT option, delete the widget and re-add them - you should see...
1) N/A
2) When you add the Days Remaining in Sprint, it should look like this - allowing you to select the board where the actual values for the sprint are modified. The board can be any board JIRA knows about, and in your case you'll need to know the name of the one(s) used on each project you want to report on.
3) Same as 2 - this interface should come up when you add the gadget:
4) Same as 2 - this should directly reference an existing board somewhere else in JIRA.
I'm not sure if this helps though. It may be you don't have Permissions to see those boards (controlled in the projects themselves), or you could have some sort of other error, like a bad internet connection, or JIRA having a moment...
To follow up, the Sprint Burndown one looks weird - I am 80% sure that is a problem on the project, like there not being an active sprint or something like that.

Thanks, Chris! Appreciate your response.
I actually worked with tech support to figure it out, but forgot to close it out here. It was a silly mistake on my part - used the wrong template to configure the project. Duh.
