Hello,
we are facing a problem with Sprint report on one of our boards. Since a few days it shows the flat line. No changes to the workflow or statuses have been done recently.
The Burndown chart looks ok.
Would anyone have any ideas ?
Thank you in advance for your help!
Kind regards,
Jurgita
Hi @jurgita.juzukonyte ,
Could you share an image of the burndown chart and the sprint report? That will help diagnose the issue. Off hand, it sounds like either you are looking at two different sprints or you are looking at the same sprint from two different boards based on different filters.

Hi Scott,
here is the screenshot of the Sprint report for a specific Sprint
and here is the Burndown for the same Sprint
Thank you for looking into this.
Kind regards,
Jurgita

Hi @jurgita.juzukonyte ,
Could you check the estimation statistics setting of the board? (From the Active Sprint or the Backlog click the ellipsis on the right, select "Board Settings," then select "Estimation." The Board is probably set to use the Original Time Estimate" statistic and not story points. If so switch it to story points, rerun the report and it should correct.

Hi Scott,
I had the Story points on the settings for the estimation statistics but I also had "Remaining Estimate and Time spent" under Time tacking. After I removed it, the report looks good.
After setting " none

Hi Scott,
I'm having the same issue. I have checked the options you have mentioned above. Everything is normal but the chart shows me a flat line. Please let me know how can I fix this?
