Hello, I have noticed that on some projects I have 2 dropdowns (one called labels the other called type) that I used to filter issues on a board:
How can I add them n other projects?
Hi @Dário Baltazar,
I took a look at the project types I have in our Jira instance (Classic Business, Classic Software, Next-gen Software) and I'm not seeing the label and type drop down options.
Can you provide a bit more information about your instance, could you check the list of all projects and can you share what the "Type" is for the project in question as well as one of the projects that you aren't seeing those drop down menu on?
Do you have any apps installed on your instance, and if so are you able to check and see if this might be additional functionality that is coming from one of the apps you have installed (if any)?
Also, if you click on those drop down menus what sort of values are being displayed? Do the values match the custom values of any custom fields you might have created that match the names of those fields that are of the "Select List (single choice)" type?
Thanks!
Jimmy
To Jimmy's point - this does look like an App.
I know there's a non-cloud app - this one - which does something similar. If you can locate the app there might be support docs for this.

I looked into other projects and it appears that Scrum Next Gen type of projects always have the label dropdown with the labels you are using in that specific project:
Is there a way toa activate this in a Classic Scrum type of project (which is the type of project im trying to implement it)?

Next-gen projects seem to be getting the lion's share of the new features. I don't think it's possible to enable in classic projects. You would need to look at migrating those classic projects to Next-gen projects if you wanted to take advantage of this.
