The workflow presented in the attached photo below is designed for a project and has been in use for over a month. It's been working fine until yesterday afternoon I couldn't find CLOSED from the status dropdown list when updating a ticket to CLOSED - please see the second screenshot. I am not sure why and how it happened and appreciate if anybody has encountered a similar situation before can help. Here is more information to help with troubleshooting:

You mean you are not able to move a ticket to closed at all?
Is the workflow attached here the actual one? Because it shows all other statuses are transitioning to it.

Yes, I am not able to move a ticket to closed at all - as you can see, closed is not even on the Status drop-down list (2nd screenshot). It was not like this until Friday.
Yes, the workflow attached in this thread is the actual workflow used for this project. And, yes, all states can transit to CLOSED - this makes CLOSED not showing up even more unreasonable.

Honestly, this is weird. I never experienced a similar situation @Nars_Chang .
Please click here and open a support ticket with Atlassian since you are a cloud user.
I will appreciate if you can share the fix for your problem once Atlassian Engineers assist you.
