Hello All,
We have scenario, like below could anyone help on it
1. We have workflow statues, while transitioning from "In Progress" to "Pending QA Approval" in between the transition will provide the approves names in multi user picker field.
2.From "Pending QA Approval" to "Completed" it should move only after all the approves either approved/rejected then only its should move to completed.
Can someone provide any suggestions or workarounds for this solutions please....
Hi @Likhita
unfortunately there is no such an approve feature (like in jira service management) in jira.
TBH I can´t think of any solution that can be done within the workflow/issue itself. Nevertheless there was kind of the same requirement at one of my customers. The way we solved it (which for me is the least complex and also the cleanest solution) as follows:
This is the easiest way that comes to my mind to really set a checkpoint where each of the users MUST take an action and that this can be evaluated.
Best
Stefan

while transitioning from "In Progress" to "Pending QA Approval" we have a transition screen with a field approvers(multiselect field) whoever so in that field will be able to Approve/reject it.

HI @Likhita
Look at the following article: https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Jira-articles/Add-an-approval-step-using-Jira-Software-and-Work-Management/ba-p/2182531
But if you don't have Jira Service Management, this won't work.
The you will need a marketplace app like: JSU or JMWE
