Status transition column field is showing 422,834,228,239,145,000,000,000,000,000

Pablo Castillo September 3, 2020

Does someone know how to interpret these numbers? Are these dates that got exported as values?

Hi @Pablo Castillo ,

If it is a custom field, I suggest you to check the type of that custom field. You need Jira admin rights to see the details of a custom field and below is the url listing all custom fields.

Thank you! I went ahead and looked at all 50 custom fields (twice to make sure).. nothing. I used the search button...nothing.

I am baffled by this column field.

Hi @Pablo Castillo

Which field is this in relation to? Is this a custom field you've created called "Status Transition Column"?

And is this exported as a CSV? Or something else?

Actually I went and looked for a field with this name and I can´t find it. It has to be a custom field.

It exports to excel through the new Jira add-on connection button in excel.

Where would you recommend I look for this?
