Hello,
I've got a strange case.
We use both Jira and Jira Service Management as our Service Desk. We link SD tickets with jira issues to track progress and run some automation when e.g. jira ticket is closed.
But from time to time, on SD ticket strange comment pops-up:
This happens when jira ticket transitions to "In progress".
I've already checked:

Have you also checked legacy automations (not only the "new" ones)?
