Strange rendering with FireFox with JIRA Server 7.13. IE OK.

At the top section of the screen, there appears to be some HTML that isn't rendered correctly in Firefox.  It looks ok in IE.  When you scroll down, the data still appears for a bit, then disappears.  I think it's the popup information.  The text is in white, and messes up the existing data.  See attached.

Any ideas on why and how to resolve?

 Have you recently don an update to your instance?  Have you cleared Firefox cache and tried again?  HAve you added any custom html, css or Javascript to your instance?

I have a related problem on Saas Jira, and this has being going on for a while. Some Java script is flat out not loading for Jira, but reported with errors on Firefox. The problem I am seeing is that the filter section is not being shown, so unable to filter the issues. Some times also not able to create new issues.
