Structure Plug in - Do not show data

Hi all,

Does any one know what I do not see the key and summary of the issues?

I've created the issues and in different structure I do see issues from different projects and boards...

David from ALM Works here.  

This looks like a Global Permission setting that needs to be adjusted.  I would start with checking that atlassian-addons-group has access to "browse users and groups".

Thanks for your insight!

I have already created a few structures, yet the one that I have trouble with is for issues within a specific project.

My guess is that this has something to do with the project permissions, that blocks the Structure plug in to view the project issues.

Does that make sense?

You are very welcome! 

You're guess is right on.  The next thing we should check is the Project Permissions.  Here you will want to make sure that Project Role atlassian-addons-project-access has Browse Projects permission.

One other thing to note is that the user will need access to the Project as well.  If the user does not have access directly to, or are part of a group that has access to the project, they will not be able to see the issues from that project in Structure.
