Hi
I have two itemtypes URS and DIR linked by a link in Jira. I'm currently displaying them as follows:
The effect I don't manage to produce is:
Show parent and child issues as soon as either the parent or one of the child issues has status "In Review".
I found other examples using formulas, but I got stuck at adapting the formula to my needs.
Help is much appreciated. Thx.
Hello @Roland Peer ,
David from ALM Works here. Welcome to the Community!
I'm not sure I am clear on the goal. It looks like you have an Issue Type with a number of Sub-Tasks underneath it.
Are you trying to show only the Issue and Sub-Tasks where at least one is "IN REVIEW"? In other words, what we see in your screenshot?
Or are you trying to show Just the Issues and Sub-Tasks that are "IN REVIEW"? Meaning only DCRM-213 and DCRM-234 would be visible?
What would you expect to see if the Issue were "OPEN", but one of the Sub-Tasks was "IN REVIEW"?
Looking forward to your reply.
Best,
David
Hi David
Thanks for answering.

That's what I'd like to see.
What would you expect to see if the Issue were "OPEN", but one of the Sub-Tasks was "IN REVIEW"?
As soon as one sub-task is "IN REVIEW" all other subtasks (no matter what status) and the issue are visible.
Explanation: the reviewer shall see the whole package also if he reviews only part of it.
Best, Roli

Hello @Roland Peer ,
You are very welcome. Thank you for the clarification.
In order to accomplish this, or something close, we would need to filter by formula attribute.
At the moment, on Structure Cloud. We do have a task in our backlog related to it and I will add your vote.
Best,
David
