'Structure plugin' - "extend with..." drop down is missing conditions

Monika April 4, 2019

We installed a trial version of 'Structure' plugin.

Created a new structure, selected Automation > Extend with > 'here I am able to see only 3 options namely: Linked issues, Stories under epics, sub-tasks.

As per the document, I was hoping to have 'child pages', 'issues under pages' and 'linked pages' as well in the drop down.  Is there a reason why I dont have them? Is this because of having a trial version or any additional configuration settings are needed?

Please suggest.

Thanks

Monika

Hi Monika,

The Extend generator by default contains three options:

  • Linked Issues...
  • Stories under Epics, and
  • Sub-Tasks...

The additional "pages" generators belong specifically to Structure.Pages, an extension of the Structure app.

You should see them after installing Structure.Pages.

Let me know if you have any questions.

Cheers,

Thanks for your reply.

I do have the Structure.Pages installed and still don't see the additional options.

Please suggest.

Hi Monika,

I'm not sure if that's the case, but you may need to install Structure.Pages Helper for Confluence.

Installing this technical app is necessary in order to establish a connection between Structure.Pages and your Confluence instance.

Also, if you wish us to take a closer look at your configuration, please feel free to open a support ticket with our team.

Note that Structure.Pages Helper should be installed on your Confluence instance.

Let me know if that was the case.

Cheers,
