Stuck at "You've already requested access"

I have a jira account: tornblomelectric.atlassian.net

I am logged in on my iPhone just fine. I went to do some work on my Chromebook and I found I was logged out. When I logged in I got a message saying that I would need to verify my email account again. I did. 

Then when I went to log in it said "You've Already Requested Access" and it would need an admin approval. However, when I went to review the request, it said "You need permission Request access from your administrator."

There is no other admin to my organization than me. How can I get access to my Jira account again?

I can't see an active site associated with the account you're using in our Community. With that said, @Samuel Gatica _ServiceRocket_ has the best course of action, which would be to raise a support request from the account from which you're unable to access the site.
