Sub-Task (Story Points) in Burndown Chart

Is there any solution to have "Sub-Task" issue-type / Story Points from Sub-task in a Burndown chart ?

No, there's no way bodge sub-task estimates into your burn-down.  Sub-tasks are not items you select for a sprint and commit to, so estimates on them are only relevant as part of an estimate on their parent.

Atlassian have not implemented any scheme that looks at the sub-tasks.  Even if they did, any such scheme would not burn-down on sub-tasks other than as they are included as part of their parent.
