Suddenly all boards missing from JIRA

When I click on Boards & then view all Boards, not a single board name is coming in list.

I also tried seeing in all existing projects & not a single project has any board.

It was there till 2,3 days before.

Not sure what happened then.

Can you help us to bring back all boards?

Hello @Rakesh N

My guess is that someone changed sharing settings on the board or removed you from the group with which the board is shared.

Do this go to  cog - > system -> Audit log

And there you will see the log who changed what and when.

I tried checking logs but that did not giving any information about role change.

User is not able to see board, also I checked using admin login & not able to see board for any project.

Is there any option to check when it got removed?

Nothing here is indicating that.

You used a filter for this board or it's based on a project.

Have you removed any filters recently? Or changed project names?

No project name changed.

Could not figure out.
As user was agree to do some rework, Restored JIRA instance with backdated backup.

All set now.
